BCA confirms police use-of-force in northern Minnesota under investigation

A large law enforcement presence in northern Minnesota is due to a police-involved use-of-force incident, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension confirmed. The BCA says its agents and crime scene personnel are investigating the incident, which happened Friday morning in Virginia, Minn. — roughly 20 miles northeast of Hibbing.
